Al-Nour was launched on May 9, 1988, and officially obtained its license in 1999, as per its commercial registry dated January 17, 1999. Broadcasting from Beirut, the station represents Hezbollah’s political and religious beliefs and operates on frequencies 91.7, 91.9, and 92.3 FM.
